NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF SOLDIERS GROVE PLAN COMMISSION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Soldiers Grove Plan Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 102 Passive Sun Drive, Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin, regarding the zoning designation of the property located at 220 Pine Street, Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment and review information concerning the property's historical zoning classification and the current designation shown on the Official Zoning Map. Information will be presented regarding an apparent discrepancy between the property's historical commercial zoning status and the current zoning map designation.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the Village Clerk prior to the hearing.
