Notice is hereby given that the Village of Soldiers Grove Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the Soldiers Grove Community Building, to consider an appeal filed by Phillip A. Carey and Kathleen A. Day-Carey, 225 Pine Street, Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin, from the Notice of Violation and Order to Comply issued July 2, 2026, concerning the installation of a culvert within the mapped floodplain overlay district at 225 Pine Street without required permits, in violation of Village Code Chapter 225. All interest persons are invited to attend and be heard.
